South Korean private equity firm Hahn & Company is moving to sell Solmics, a semiconductor components manufacturer, just over a year after acquiring the company. Solmics was formerly the fine ceramics division of SK Enpulse, which Hahn & Company purchased in February 2024.

According to sources in the investment banking industry on May 8, Hahn & Company has quietly begun the sale process and recently appointed Samil PwC as financial advisor. Investment memorandums (IMs) have been selectively distributed to a small number of potential buyers.
